The hyperlinks can be clicked and will be opened up in Microsoft word format or through your internet browser or you can right click on the hyperlink and select "Save Target As" and download the document to your PC to view. Please remember you must have Microsoft word installed on your pc to view. AND please allow time for the document to open, how quick it is depends on your internet connection speed.
